Still Alive

So it has been brought to my attention that I have not posted since last year so here we go.

December
We went back to AZ for two weeks, and when we got home Reg was sick with a double ear infection and a bad cold. Then we celebrated Christmas and New Years and enjoyed the cold weather.

January
Brent turned 27 and I turned 25. We are officially and old married couple. At the end of the month we surprised our families and flew into AZ for a family reunion courtesy of Brent's parents. It snowed here in VA and we all enjoyed playing in the winter wonderland.

Feb
This was our first month in the new year that we did clomid. I had done it in 2011 with no luck.  Needless to say it did not work for us this month either.

March
Brent and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary. We decided that we would take a trip later in spring and have a family member come out to watch Reg and Charlie. This month I did clomid again in prep for an IUI cycle.

April
We did an IUI cycle with 3 follicles and 25million sperm.(TMI) After a long two weeks we found out we were not pregnant and the doctor I had been going to was no longer taking out insurance. After a rough couple of days I pulled myself together and found a new doctor. We will now be going to Shady Grove Fertility Canter. We have met with the docs and are all ready to do one last try of IUI with injectable meds this time:) We also took Reg to the circus and he LOVED all of the animals and the clowns.

May
So far this month has been an adventure. Brent came down with a bad sinus infection and pink eye just days before we were leaving for Jamaica. We got him on meds but still the trip was more relaxing than play. I was a basket case the first few days leading up to the trip because I was going to miss Reg so much. We flew out Brent's sister Sarah to watch Reg and then we were off! Once we landed in Jamaica we were trying to get money out of an ATM and thought the machine ate our card. After 10 or so mins we got it back and headed off to the resort. We ate fresh fruit and bbq at least three times a day. We also went snorkeling off the reef in Montego Bay and has fish swim right up to us. The water was so clear and beautiful it seemed unreal. We were sad we had to leave but we so excited to get back home. When we got home Reg seemed a little under the weather so I took him to the doc and he has ear infections. He is on meds and we are hoping he will be all better for his birthday on Saturday. Can you believe he is going to be two?
